FRESH START FITNESS PROGRAM:
Together with Worthy, Jenn created this program for women to heal and thrive after divorce. The program includes:
Meditation: step out of the chaos, quiet your mind and let go of your thoughts with 10-minute, guided meditation sessions.
Yoga: follow a yoga routine that will help you release the negative emotions from your divorce and feel more centered.
Healthy eating guide: divorce can disrupt your eating habits. Jenn's guide to clean eating will help you make balanced, healthy (and realistic) choices.
Cardio + strength workout: boost your confidence with a selection of exercises designed to make you feel empowered and able to achieve anything!

ONLINE WORKOUT PROGRAM
For the cost of single in-person session with a trainer, you will receive 3-4 online workouts per week specific to your needs and goals! We have 28 different programs; whether you're looking to build muscle, lose fat, or recover from an injury, we'll customize a program of workouts, complete with video demonstrations of each movement. Each workout is part of a periodized program designed by world-class exercise physiologists and strength coaches.
3-4 online workouts per week
An intake questionnaire that will begin the program; the answers to this program will help us assign you to the best workout program for your needs, experiences, goals and/or injuries.
Each workout comes with full, at-home or quick variations; so whether you’re home, traveling or in a gym, you will be able to get a workout in.
You will receive full instructions, including written descriptions, HD videos, and more.
ONLINE NUTRITION PROGRAM
Our online nutrition coaching program orients around your specific goals and lifestyle. To aid you in achieving your long-term goals, our coaches will provide you with:
A thorough report of your personal goals and activity-levels that will be referred to throughout the course of the program.
A weekly, nutrition-oriented habit designed around your lifestyle to build on and master, with the guidance of your coach.
A custom portion-control guide.
Nutrition guidelines based on your preferences.
Grocery shopping and meal prep guides.
Tips for success from your personal coach (via email and/or phone.)
Monthly gathering of progress photos, measurements and 'non-scale victories.'

Our certified health and fitness professionals offer an entirely customized, online program based on your needs, goals and interests for a fraction of the cost of our in-person sessions. This one-stop shop for weight management gives you all of the tools you’ll need to reach your goals as well as interaction with real, knowledgable and experienced professionals. You will receive ALL components of both our online Nutrition Program + Workouts (outlined above).
